Chocolate Milk Protein Shake

You can generate a great tasting chocolate milk protein shake in just minutes. Just supervene the easy steps below.

Step 1: Wash and get ready a fruit blender. Don't use a cheap blender with a poor quality (thin) blade. Cheap blenders also ordinarily come with weak motors that overheat easily. Spend in a good blender. You can use the blender for years to come.

Ingredients For Chocolate

Step 2: put in order the following ingredients.

* 1 glass of milk.
* 1 egg.
* Milo or cocoa powder.
* 1 (or 1/2) banana.
* 5 ice cubes.
* 2 scoops of protein powder.

You can be a diminutive creative when it comes to making ready ingredients. For example, if you don't have Milo or cocoa powder, plainly use chocolate as a replacement. Alternatively, you can also use chocolate protein powder.

You don't have to use just milk as well. You can use 1/2 glass milk, and 1/2 glass soy milk.

Step 3: Place the milk and ice cubes into the blender. Use the "Ice" or "Pulse" function to break up the ice cubes into smaller pieces. This function is beneficial because the blender spins, then pauses, then spin again. This allows the ice pieces to sink downwards for a better blend.

Step 4: Mix all else into the blender. This time, you can use the "smoothie" function (if there is one) to start blending. If you don't see the "Smoothie" function, plainly pick the maximum speed on your blender and start mixing. Blend the shake for about 3 to 4 minutes.

Step 5: Pour the shake out into transparent glasses and consume immediately.

Enjoy!
